Pick-Up

Pick up times on the website for the tours:
Please come 5-10min before the scheduled pick up time, that is the time the driver is instructed to leave!
If you haven’t selected a pick-up service but decide you need one, please contact us at least the night before. This allows us to arrange enough cars and drivers. Without timely notice, we may not have enough space available.

What to do if I miss the pick up?

Our drivers will wait an extra 5 minutes if you are late. After this, they will have to leave without you. Please note that we do not call guests who are late because we don’t have the capacity to contact every individual, and often calls go unanswered. Spending time on calls delays the start of the tour and is unfair to guests who arrive on time.

Waiting for late arrivals affects our schedule, which can result in staff and our reindeer missing their break time. We prioritize the wellbeing of both our staff and animals by strictly adhering to the schedule.

If you miss your scheduled pick-up, you will need to arrange your own transportation—such as a taxi—to the farm. Please be aware that arriving late may mean you cannot participate in the full experience, including activities like reindeer sledding.
